News Manager is a web based application and it has been developed in the ASP scripting language, running in IIS Server – windows platform.

Server Requirements

	IIS based Web server running on Windows eg. 5.1, or 6 running on Win NT, 2000, XP Pro, or 2003 *
	The content Editing directory must have write permission.
	Web server must have the free Microsoft XML Parser to manipulate an XML document.
	No Database is needed.

Client Requirements
